Reservation conditions
The reservation will become effective and final after payment of the 30% deposit.
If you book online, the 30% deposit will be taken directly from your credit card, your reservation will then be effective.
The balance will be payable on the day of your arrival, according to the means of payment mentioned below.
If you do not wish to pay the deposit by credit card, please contact us so that we can make the reservation together.

Conclusion of the contract
The rental concluded between the parties to this act may in no case, even partially, benefit third parties, unless the owner agrees. Any violation of this paragraph could result in the immediate termination of the rental at the fault of the tenant, the rental price remaining with the owner.

In the event of a last minute reservation by telephone (less than 7 days), the entire rental will be requested.

Bail
For a stay at the Charmilles de Porcelaine and Puy des Bruges: a check for 300 euros will be requested upon arrival as a deposit, which will be returned to you within 8 days after your departure.
For a stay in Charmilles, a check for 800 euros will be requested upon your arrival as a deposit, which will be returned to you within 8 days after your departure.

Cancellation by the tenant
The cancellation of a reservation will only be effective after confirmation by email and that it is taken into account by the owners.
a) cancellation before arrival at the premises:
The deposit remains with the owners.If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the scheduled date of entry into the premises, there are additional cancellation fees:
* From 30 to 21 days before, 40% of the amount of the stay is due.
* From 20 to 8 days before, 60% of the amount of the reservation is due
* From 7 to 2 days before, 75% of the amount of the reservation is due
* From 2 to 0 days before, 100% of the reservation amount is due
b) If the tenant does not appear within 24 hours of the scheduled date of arrival, this contract becomes void and the owner may dispose of his lodging. The deposit remains due to the owner who will also request the balance of the rental amount.
c) In case of interruption of the current stay, 100% of the amount of the remaining stay will be due and invoiced.

Cancellation by the owner
The owner pays back all of the sums paid, as well as compensation equal to that which the tenant would have borne if the cancellation had been made by him on that date.

General rental conditions

Arrival and departure
Access to the gîte takes place from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. He must be released no later than 10 a.m. the day of departure. Please send an SMS 15 minutes before your arrival.
(special cases to be agreed with the owners)

Occupation
This contract is established for a maximum capacity of people. If the number of tenants exceeds the capacity, the owner can refuse additional people.

Use of premises
Customers must ensure the peacefulness of the place. Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation, ashtrays are available outside on the terrace.

Animals
Our animal friends are allowed in the cottage under certain conditions: they are not allowed in the rooms, must not disturb the neighbors and must not soil or degrade the premises (indoor and outdoor).

Household linen
Sheets, towels (2 towels per person) are available for rental: € 8 / single bed, € 12 / double bed, € 5 / person for bathroom linen.
Beds can be made on arrival (extra 4 € / bed).

Equipment
The cottage is equipped with comfort accessories (coffee maker, CD player, TV, games ...). Any damage or disappearance entails reimbursement.

Acceptance of payment for the reservation of the gîte implies acceptance of these regulations.

Insurance
The tenant will be held to insure against the damages of any nature likely to engage his responsibility. He is required to be insured by a resort type insurance contract for these various risks;

Any dispute concerning the interpretation or execution of the contract which could not have been the subject of an amicable settlement will be brought before the commercial court.
